Working Principle
The UV-coated workpiece is transported through the dryer light box via a conveyor belt. Inside the light box, three high-intensity UV lamps irradiate the coating, triggering a photochemical reaction. This process activates photoinitiators within the coating, causing the monomers and oligomers to cross-link and instantly form a hardened, solid film. The result is a fully cured, high-quality surface in a matter of seconds.
