The Brush Dust Remover is a high-efficiency cleaning solution designed to remove dust, fine particles, and surface contaminants from flat workpieces prior to coating, printing, laminating, or packaging processes. It is widely used in production lines for glass, wood panels, furniture, metal sheets, and composite materials to ensure a clean substrate surface, thereby significantly improving coating adhesion and final product quality.

The machine employs high-speed rotating brush rollers to sweep away dust and particles from the workpiece surface. A powerful fan and specially designed dust collection hood create strong suction that extracts the loosened dust through external exhaust ducts connected to the integrated cover above the brush rollers, directing it to a centralized collection system. For applications with high static charge or stubborn contaminants, optional static elimination devices and compressed air nozzles can be incorporated to blow away fine dust firmly adhered to the surface.
