Overview

The 3D UV Curing Machine (also known as Stereoscopic UV Curing Equipment) is a specialized industrial curing system designed for three-dimensional workpieces. Unlike conventional flatbed UV machines that only cure planar surfaces, this equipment features multi-directional UV lamp arrangements (side lamps + top lamp) to deliver uniform ultraviolet exposure to the top and sides of 3D objects simultaneously. It is widely used in printing, coating, and adhesive curing processes for irregularly shaped products such as cosmetic bottles, thermos cups, helmets, automotive parts, and plastic products.

• Reliable Conveying System – Equipped with stainless steel chain plate conveyor or Teflon mesh belt (up to 890mm wide), driven by a 250W variable-speed motor with electronic speed controller for smooth and adjustable conveying (3–12 m/min).

• Robust Construction – Built with SS41# cold-rolled steel and galvanized plates, finished with anti-rust treatment and electrostatic high-temperature powder coating (wrinkle gray-white). Curing chamber features removable side doors for easy maintenance and cleaning.

• Comprehensive Safety Protection – Includes leakage circuit breaker, phase reversal protector, over-temperature alarm, motor and heater over-current protection, meeting international safety standards. All exposed electrical parts are covered with insulated protective guards, with hazard warning labels. Electrical enclosure rated IP54.

• User-Friendly Design – Bottom-mounted heavy-duty 3-inch casters with M18 leveling feet (±50mm adjustable height) for easy positioning and installation.
