The curtain‑film thickness can be precisely controlled, with a minimum adjustable thickness of 0.06 mm. The conveyor belt is made of high‑quality resin, featuring solvent resistance and easy‑to‑clean performance.
Workpieces finished by this curtain coater obtain mirror‑smooth top coats with excellent fullness.
The oil pump adopts imported materials and high‑precision assembly. It runs vibration‑free, noise‑free and bubble‑free, which reduces the rework rate.
