This machine is specially designed for the back‑side coating of solid wood flooring. It adopts single‑roller coating plus dual‑lamp UV curing, completing painting and drying in one integrated process. Brushing coating is available as an alternative when deep grooves on the floor prevent normal roller painting.

With proper operation, the paint can seal over 80% of the wood‑floor back surface, which effectively blocks moisture penetration from the back side and delivers excellent anti‑deformation performance. Better moisture‑proof results can be achieved when combined with edge spraying on four sides.
