After priming by this machine, various primer‑coated workpieces can be directly top‑coated by roller without sanding. The roller‑applied topcoat achieves a finish comparable to spray painting, featuring uniform color, flat and smooth surface.
The machine adopts pneumatic lifting and variable‑frequency speed regulation. The coating film thickness is infinitely adjustable within the range of 0.015‑0.05 mm. Equipped with a paint return system, it enables recycled paint circulation with zero waste.
This coater is widely used for primer and topcoat application on flat wood panels, MDF, aluminum sheets and PVC boards. The finished coating delivers uniform color, free of wrinkles and streaks, with a mirror‑bright surface.
