Overview
The Automatic Reciprocating Spray Painting Machine is a fully automated coating device designed to replace manual spraying with precision, efficiency, and consistency. Working Principle
Workpieces are placed on the conveyor system or rotary worktables and transported into the spraying zone. The reciprocating mechanism, driven by a servo motor and precision guide rails, drives the spray guns to move in a programmed reciprocating pattern across the workpiece surface. The spray guns atomize and apply the coating material evenly according to preset parameters.
The reciprocating motion is controlled by an AC servo drive system paired with a PLC and touchscreen HMI, ensuring accurate trajectory, rapid response, and excellent repeatability. Speed and stroke can be adjusted according to workpiece dimensions and coating process requirements. The system supports continuous and step-by-step spraying on both flat and vertical surfaces, with multi-axis coordinated motion enabling multi-surface coating.
