Working Principle

Workpieces are continuously fed into the machine via a belt conveyor system. As the linear profiles pass through the enclosed spraying chamber, an automatic detection system identifies the workpiece dimensions. The PLC-controlled system then triggers the spray guns in sequence as the moulding passes through, precisely controlling the spraying timing and parameters.

The spray guns, mounted on a linear guide rail system and driven by servo motors, perform linear reciprocating motion to simulate manual spraying actions. Coatings are atomized through high-pressure pumps and uniformly applied to the top and side surfaces of the workpiece in a single pass-. After spraying, workpieces can proceed directly to a curing or drying oven for immediate finishing.
